These Jobs Ranges from (BPS-11 to BPS-19) Scale. Those Candidates who meet the eligibility Criteria set against each post are eligible to Apply for the said Positions.

JOBS POSITIONS:

FORESTRY, WILDLIFE & FISHERIES DEPARTMENT

GIS ANALYST / DATA ANALYST (BS-17)
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
i) M.Sc. in Space Science or GIS (second division) from a recognized University with two years experience in the line including one year's experience of use of GIS application in the field of forestry or other natural resources; 
OR
ii) BS (four years program) in Space Science (second division) from a recognized University with two years experience in the line including one year's experience of use of GIS application in the field of forestry or other natural resources.
AGE: Male: 24 to 30+ 5= 35 Years / Female: 24 to 30 + 8 = 38 Years

SPECIALIZED HEALTHCARE & MEDICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR ENDOCRINOLOGY (BS-18)
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) and postgraduate qualification of FCPS / MD / MRCP or Diplomat American Board in Endocrinology or equivalent medical qualification in Endocrinology recognized by PMDC.
OR
MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) and postgraduate qualification of FCPS/ MD/ MRCP or Diplomat American Board in General Medicine or any other equivalent medical qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council and one year experience in Endocrinology after post graduation in an institution recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council; and
i) Three years experience in Endocrinology after post graduation in an institution recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council..
Age: Male: 25 to 45 + 5= 50 years / Female: 25 to 45 + 8 = 53 years

WOMEN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST (BS-17)
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
i) Master's degree (second division) in Mass Communication, Media Studies or Development Journalism from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and
ii) Two years practical experience in designing and implementation of media campaigns.
AGE: Male: 21 to 30+ 5 =35 Years / Female: 21 to 30 + 8 =38 Years

HUMAN RIGHTS AND MINORITIES AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT

COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST (LUMP SUM PAY RS.150,000)
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
M.Phil/M.S in Law / International Relations / International Law / Human Rights or LL.M. with 05 Years Experience of dealing the International Treaty Obligations or other instruments of International Law.
OR
Masters degree in International Relations / International Law / Human Rights or LL.B. with 07 years experience of dealing the international treaty obligations or other instruments of International Law.

AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT

DIRECTOR (BS-19)
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
a) Master's degree (second division) in Soil Survey, Soil Science, Chemistry, Agricultural Chemistry or Agronomy from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
OR
b) Master's degree (second division) in Agriculture with Soil Science, Agricultural Chemistry or Agronomy as one of the major subjects from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission. and
c) Twelve years' experience in soil investigations, modern soil survey, soil classification, land capability classification.
AGE: Male: 35 to 45 +05= 50 years / Female: 35 to 45 +08= 53 years

DEPUTY DIRECTOR (BS-18)
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
a) Master's degree (second division) in Soil Survey, Soil Science, Chemistry, Agricultural Chemistry or Agronomy from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
OR
b) Master's degree (second division) in Agriculture with Soil Science, Agricultural Chemistry or Agronomy as one of the major subjects from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission. and
C) Five years' experience in soil investigations, modern soil survey, soil classification, land capability classification and preparation of soil survey reports
AGE: Male: 25 to 35 +05= 40 years / Female: 25 to 35 +08= 43 years

SOIL SURVEY RESEARCH OFFICER (BS-17)
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
a) Master's degree (second division) in Soil Survey, Soil Science, Chemistry, Agricultural Chemistry or Agronomy from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
OR
b) Master's degree (second division) in Agriculture with Soil Science, Agricultural Chemistry or Agronomy as one of the major subjects from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission. and
c) Three years' experience in soil investigations, modern soil survey, soil classification, land capability classification and preparation of soil survey reports.
AGE: Male: 22 to 32 +05= 37 years / Female: 22 to 32 +08= 40 years

FIELD ASSISTANT (STAT.) / CROP REPORTER (BS-11)
QUALIFICATION:
a) Secondary School Certificate (Second Division) and has three year's Diploma of Agriculture Science (DAS) from Agriculture Training Institute.
b) If none is available with above, Bachelor's Degree (Second Division) with Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or Agriculture as one of the subjects from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission..
AGE: Male: 20 to 30 +05= 35 years / Female: 20 to 30 +08= 38 years

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS (WRITTEN TEST/INTERVIEW)

1. To appear in test/interview only Original Valid CNIC issued by NADRA will be accepted. No other Identification document will be acceptable.
2. Applicants are advised to read all terms and conditions/ instructions of the Advertisement as well as “Important Instructions to Candidates” given on PPSC website carefully in order to submit their Online Applications complete in all respects. The onus/responsibility of correctness of the data given in the On-line Application Form will rest squarely on the candidates.
3. Applicants are required to submit “On-line Application Form” by the Closing Date which is 21-06-2018 up to 12:00 AM (Midnight). Applicants should fill in the On-line Application Form carefully in the light of the Guidelines and Instructions mentioned in the Advertisement for the said post and “Important Instructions to Candidates”.
4. Editing options, to correct any data in the On-line Application Form, will be available to the candidates till the Closing Date of submission of Online Applications.
5. Negative marking shall be done and 0.50 mark shall be deducted for each incorrect answer in all Objective (MCQ) papers.
6. For all posts to be filled through written test followed by interview or interview alone, the number of chances shall be restricted to three. However, if a candidate qualifies the interview but cannot be recommended for appointment due to shortage of vacancies, his chance shall not be considered as availed whereas chance of a candidate who does not qualify the written test or interview shall be considered as availed. For the post of Lecturer in Education Department, a candidate who is applicant for more than one subject, shall be allowed three chances in each subject for which he/she is a candidate in accordance with above laid down policy.

7. It is mandatory for Applicants to deposit RS-600/- under Head: “C02101- ORGANIZATIONS OF STATE-TEST FEE REALIZED BY THE PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION”, in any Branch of State Bank of Pakistan or National Bank of Pakistan or Government Treasury on or before the Closing Date of submission of applications.

· No Bank Draft or Pay Order or Cheque or any such instrument will be accepted as fee by the Commission.
· Applicants residing outside Pakistan, but having Domicile of the Punjab will deposit the fee at the Pakistani Embassy of residing country in the currency of that country equivalent to the amount of Application/ Test Fee prescribed for the post.
· Disabled applicants are not required to deposit application fee.
